Achieve your goals using social media!

Social media can be a powerful tool for non-profits and businesses alike. You can use social media to raise awareness, recruit customers, volunteers, and donors, and more! I know that non-profits and small businesses often have limited resources to dedicate to social media; that’s why I take a mission-centered approach to ensure that the hours spent on social media are worthwhile and manageable for your goals.

How can I help you improve your social media presence?

I can help you create and schedule realistic and effective social media campaigns based on your goals and past analytics. I can help you review and understand your audience, goals, and analytics to guide your social media plans moving forward.

I can help you ideate and create compelling content for social media. I have experience filming, editing, photographing, and designing effective content - see examples below! If you can dream it, I can help you create it for social media.

Ready to take your social media presence to the next level? I can help you work within your budget to run targeted ad campaigns on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) and Google.

Social media is all about building community! I can help you authentically engage with and grow your community online by creating spaces for your followers to ask questions, find community with each other, and foster relationships with influencers in your niche.

Social Media in Action: Empowering People with Parkinson’s Through Social Media

In April 2022, I began working full-time with Power for Parkinson’s (PFP), a non-profit organization on a mission to empower people with Parkinson’s disease (PD) to manage their symptoms through exercise. My goal was to help PFP reach as many people with PD as possible with its life-changing exercise classes and raise awareness about the importance of exercise for people living with PD.

After several years of working with Power for Parkinson’s, I have helped the organization increase its following across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn by over 2100%. This success on social media translates to real results for the organization, including more volunteers, record-breaking fundraisers, unprecedented participation in virtual classes, and the successful launch of PFP’s instructor-training program. Moreover, by raising awareness about PFP’s virtual exercise options for people with PD, I have helped the organization reach under-served individuals who live in rural communities and/or have limited mobility that prevents them from attending traditional in-person classes.

Movement is Medicine Campaign

During Parkinson’s Awareness Month in April of 2024, I launched the Movement is Medicine Campaign for Power for Parkinson’s.

Goal: To raise awareness about the importance of exercise for people with Parkinson’s by challenging influential people with Parkinson’s and Parkinson’s organizations to share what movement means to them.
